How do I track my order?
 

We will be sending you a tracking number when your item(s) have shipped.  If you didn't get a tracking number and need to find out about your order just contact us and we will check on it for you.

 

 

 

What are your delivery options?
 

We ship priority mail.  If you would like your order to ship quicker get a hold of us and we will see what we can do.  We do Rush Orders upon Request.  Get in touch with us first to make sure we can fit your order in and have all the supplies available to make it.

 

 

 

How do I return an item?
We do not except returns on custom made items.  Although If you would like to send your item back for additional work to be done on it, the shipping both ways will be your responsibility and the cost of the additional work..  
Do you provide International delivery?
 

We are not setup at this time for International Shipping.  Although you may contact us at frillsandfireflies@gmail. and see if we may be able to ship to your country.

 

 

What is your returns policy?
 

Our tutus, dresses and costumes are custom made for each customers specifications upon receipt of your order. Therefore all No Returns and All sales are Final! 

IMPORTANT NOTE: Our Shop is not responsible for a longer length of time on Orders placed that have incomplete information, such as Size, Length and a Due Date if it is a rush order!
